That means that you can choose to have one page active or all at one time. It's totally up to you. This feature allows you to work on your pages at your own pace and only make them viewable when you are ready to do so.

Ans : You certainly can. You can reorder your web pages as often as you like through the Control Panel under Page Order.

Ans : You control access to your Control Panel through a username and password. No one else will be given that information. However, it is up to you to protect your information by choosing a password that would not be easy for someone to determine.

Ans : No, you do not need to know any html code to edit your website. Our interface is compatible with most browsers that will allow you to format your text in a similar way in which you would in most applications. Should you wish to add your own HTML code, each text box does accommodate it.

Ans : Certainly. We provide you with a list of popular baby registries for you to link to. Should you not see your registry there, simply add a link to your baby registry.

Ans : Of course! Please make sure that your website content is complete before placing your Keepsake CD order. The average turnaround time for CD orders is 2-3 weeks. The first CD is $10, plus shipping and handling. Each additional CD will be $15.

Ans : We allow you to choose from several different options for protection. You may wish to restrict access to your entire site (level 1) and as well, specific pages for certain guests (level 2), you may choose to restrict access to everyone with two levels of protection. Or, you may simply wish to restrict access to specific pages only. Ultimately, you control who views your website. You may also change the question/password associated with your Password Protection any time you wish.

Ans : Certainly. With our Style Editor, you can now customize your head, subhead and body text styles site-wide with the click of a button. Of course, you can also use the text editing toolbar (compatible with most browsers) associated with each text box to edit specific words in a paragraph if you wish.

What are the recommended specifications for photos that will be uploaded? In what format do my photos need to be saved and is there a size limitation?

Ans : We suggest that you upload 72 dpi, RGB photos that are a maximum height or width of 600 pixels. Please keep in mind that only .jpegs (.jpgs) and .gifs are acceptable file formats for photos (most digital cameras take pictures in either of these formats). There is no size limitation, but the larger your file size is, the longer it will take for your web page to load. We recommend that you try to keep your file sizes as small as possible.

How do I upload photos?

Ans : There are several sections of your baby website that allow for photos to be uploaded. In your Control Panel, the sections that allow for uploaded photos will prompt you to browse your computer for a photo file to upload. Once you have selected the file, click “Upload Photo”. Your Main Website Photo utilizes The Photo Editing Tool to upload your photo. Follow the steps provided on the "Main Website Photo" page to upload that photo.

Ans : Yes. In your Control Panel, you will find a “Photo Editing Tool” that will allow you to crop and edit your photos any way you wish. When you edit your “Main Website Photo” you will be forced to crop it into the shape of a square before saving as that is the required format for that photo.

How long does it take for my new domain to point to my baby website?

Ans : It usually takes between 24 and 72 hours for a new domain name to fully propagate. Therefore, you should allow at least 24 hours before expecting to see your domain name pointing to your baby website.
